Our full-scope O&M starts with O&M advice regarding technical and commercial issues, operability and maintainability reviews as well as advice concerning long-term service agreements with main equipment vendors.
In the planning and mobilisation phases, we are responsible for mobilising energy asset operations, including establishing the O&M organisation and integrated management system to the highest ISO and EHSQ standards underpinned by Fortum TOPGen concept as well as the required digital solutions and safety systems. Facilitating smooth onboarding of the O&M team and getting the asset up and running on schedule are our highest priorities.
After the start of commercial operations, we take full responsibility for the O&M of the customer's energy asset, including planning, performing daily operations, asset maintenance, material and resource management and implementing continual improvements. To ensure optimal energy asset operation and early detection of deviations, our O&M delivery is supported by a back-office technical support team. The technical support team utilises Fortum group network of expert resources who are involved in both conventional and new forms of energy assets such as hydrogen and waste-to-X. The precise scope and deliverables can be negotiated based on customer needs and priorities.
